Mehran was an excellent technician he definitely knew what he was doing, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He immediately put me at ease while he figured out my dishwasher and old stove top. Sears is a top quality company that employs top notch people.

Excellent, knowledgeable, seasoned technician. Able to "repair" older Kenmore side x side refer by cleaning freezer drain. Freezer was leaking as drain was full. I thought it might be irreplaceable cooling system. Recommended replacement, but all newer fridges are too big. Charged $232.00. Very personable tech, John. Answered all questions & explained functions of fridge & part interactions. Pleased not to have to purchase new fridge @ Christmas. Very happy w/service. I chose "Sears" service as purchased fridge from "Sears", instead of independent contractor. Will keep refer till it dies! Also, declined all discount & hone warranty plans(marketing reps call just before service thinking I'd be the "vulnerable customer" syndrome. Endless attempts to sell product. F/no!

Brandon was prompt, courteous and efficient. He diagnosed the repair correctly, explained it to me and had the items there on the truck. It was expensive but I was happy to keep my old machine working. Very pleased.
