Robert was fine, but I was overcharged for a very simple repair. It took 5 minute to screw in my oven handle, and yet I was charged over $300. Good customer service would have been a courtesy quick repair with a charge for the visit only.

Technician were on time and helpful. Really appreciated their careful, thorough approach. 4.5 stars for Charles and Ritesh! However, the Sears Home Services phone and website leaves a lot to be desired: There was a lot of info provided, but it was not accurately updated. The biggest problem was their phone support team was not connected to the local team: So when there was a delay in getting parts, no one could help me understand the delay. Also, no one from Sears ever called me... even after multiple escalation/complaint requests. Will I uses Sears for future appliance repair? I really want to, but their phone support (and lack of personal touch) gives me pause!!!

The service rep was nice, but they stuck me with about $400/in labor cost for what took him 15 minutes to do. Kind of pissed me off and not sure I will ever use Sears again. BEWARE! He told me after the fact that that is a flat rate, but this was a rip off.

Y'all know this Sears has been closed since 2018 right? The Overlake location at the end of the strip mall, just to the left of the Panda Express? It's been an empty construction site for at least the last four years.

the technician came for diagnosis and i paid him the fee-after that he did not give even 15 minutes to think through or research-he said I'm holding the phone and you tell me if you are getting the work done or not as per our estimate or else the estimate is null and void . I was pressured to say yes to the work or else my diagnostic fee which i9 had already paid will be gone. Who does this? I have done this before-everybody gives estimate of the work and gives time to get back to them. Not at all happy with that behavior

The technician actually did his job by calling me and telling me that he doesn't work on refrigerators only ranges. I called and talked to a person in the office to change it from a range to a refrigerator. Before that I replied back to your text two times. I was assured the order would be changed. NOT DONE. The technician marked the job done and sent that to the company. (He probably had no other options.) I tried to make another appt. But I have to start again by calling the insurance company. OH, WHAT FUN!!
