We are very satisfied with our recent experience using the service. A quick online appointment and a visit two days later with one day being President's Day. Aidar was knowledgeable, kind and respectful. He communicated with my wife who was home at the time and she couldn't say anything but "great job!"

Mehran was an excellent technician he definitely knew what he was doing, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He immediately put me at ease while he figured out my dishwasher and old stove top. Sears is a top quality company that employs top notch people.
