Stay Away! I rarely write a bad review. They do not honor the Master Protection Agreement after you purchase the plan. They were suppose to provide annual furnace checkup, but since they can hardly pay and keep their techs, customers have to suffer. Now they only provide a reimbursement of $75/service/year. Notify the CSA that the lowest estimate received was $160 for Seattle area. But they refuse to send me the full amount, even after notify several departments, and spending countless hours over the phone, being pin from one department to the other, and no one taking responsibility. Stay Away from Sears

Worst experience. Customer representative didn’t even spend 5 minutes in diagnosing the washer issue. Incorrect diagnosis. Demanded full money. Had to call a different person and fix the issue. Please stop ripping off money for incorrect diagnostics.
