My repair technicians were terrific. I struggled with the inability to get a live human on the phone or chat to discuss details, but the techs themselves were great.

We are very satisfied with our recent experience using the service. A quick online appointment and a visit two days later with one day being President's Day. Aidar was knowledgeable, kind and respectful. He communicated with my wife who was home at the time and she couldn't say anything but "great job!"
