Excellent service. Very efficient. The only problem we had was navigating your system to get someone out here. Your AI software was difficult to use and impossible to work with. I finally was able to contact someone on the phone, but this was after multiple attempts and I have no idea how that happened. Your website for scheduling an appointment was confusing and with a little effort on the part of management could easily be fixed.

Technician showed us how to override this problem. Parts were so expensive, we could buy a new stove for a couple hundred dollars more. Tech advised that 7-8 years is when repairs start coming on stoves. Getting a new one was the best choice. Too bad we’ve become such a throwaway economy.
