Right on time
He was able to verify the problem with the cooktop. I could get a brand new cooktop for less than what it would cost to repair it. Not his fault. Very honest and professional

Charles was very knowledgeable and explained our problem and his repair. So relieved to have our refrigerator repaired on a hot summer day. We were able to get a same day appointment and the service bill was more than fair. Highly recommend.

I'm happy to let the whole world know that Retish is such a very knowledgeable, honest, reliable, an outstanding repairman, and best of all he's such a great person. He diagnosed our Kemore Elite and found that it needs a new compressor. He put in a request for the new parts and it came in the mail within a week. He arrived around 5:00 pm, and looked so exhausted on the day of our appointment from his earlier repairs, however, it didn't effect his work performance. I'm sure that all of his coworkers were at home eating dinner with their families and enjoy their time, while he's working hard through a very long day. He has excellent communication skills and inform us of the hazards during the repair, not only that he fully explained what the issue was and how to avoid future problems. He advised on the preventing maintenance and services that Sears offers. He perform the repairs as soon as possible and was done around 8:00 pm. He is so passionate about his job. Sears should be very proud to have such an exceptional and loyal individual. Please, thank Retish for me for doing such a great job. Highly deserve 10X the stars!
