Neel was great! He had a busy day so was late, but was affable, efficient, knowledgeable, and got it done. Highly recommend! He was great. Sears virtual everything really sucked. I tried getting ahold of a person, they don’t exist in this repair service, even the technicians are contacted by AI. I miss people!

David fit our repair in to his day, which cut short our inconvenience of being without a refrigerator by a day and a half. We appreciate his concern and are grateful he fixed it ahead of schedule. Thank you David! However, the overall price of the labor and parts was almost as much as purchasing a new refrigerator. We don't dispute the hard work done by the repair men, but the parts are onerously overpriced.
