The technician did a good job, but your automated contact center is horrible. You do not recognize my confirmations and threaten to cancel my appointment because of your faulty system. In addition you give me no ability to speak to anybody other than your faulty system. Extremely bad customer service and the worst thing to leave your customers relying on a broken automated system. You should fire the person responsible for such bad service. 👎 This is now the second attempt at repairing my Whirlpool refrigerator. Your technicians did a great job and the electrical supply board was installed quickly. Now I cross my fingers in hopes to not experience any further problems with a short in the refrigerator shutting off its power. Also, your automated confirmation system is now working properly. Thank you.👍
