He was nice but couldn't complete repairs cause his program wouldn't let him continue until the deductible was paid... it was already paid when service was called in.

The gentleman found the issue immediately (electrical as I suspected), then ran the dishwasher through diagnostic tests to make sure the loss of power didn't do any damage. I'm very happy with the service and will call Sears again if any of my appliances have trouble.
