Our Techncian sent a message when he would arrive and was on time. After explaining the appliance issue he went to work with a step by step account of what is was doing. He was professional and knowledgeable and if needed, we would request him for appliance repairs....

The guys replaced the belt on my washing machine, which appears to work OK now. They neglected to reconnect the dryer vent hose, which they apparently disconnected for access to the washing machine. I would love to have them come back and finish their job.
