The guys replaced the belt on my washing machine, which appears to work OK now. They neglected to reconnect the dryer vent hose, which they apparently disconnected for access to the washing machine. I would love to have them come back and finish their job.

Technician did a great job replacing carburetor on my John Deere lawn riding lawnmower. Appreciate that they come out to do it. He also did an oil change. Was pleasant and knowledgeable. Only negative was the cost of almost $650. Next time I will buy the parts before they come. Did a great job though

Tech was able to get the microwave working but didn’t provide any information for what the issue was or possibility of near future reoccurrence. Was on site for approximately 1 hour but almost 20 minutes was on a phone call, unknown if work related or personal.

The technician, Charles, was polite and solved the problem with the washing machine. Only 4/5 because the service completely missed the first appt leaving me waiting from 8-5 without notice until 5:45.
