Curtis was GREAT! He was very knowlegable, helpful and friendly. We appreciate his honesty with whatever questions we asked him. This is the 4th time we have used your Service and all technicians have been good! We are NOT as impressed with your A-I receptionist... It hung up on me on my 1st call and did not call back. Your human workers cannot be replaced, they are what makes your company work!!

Curtis was on time and very pleasant. He figured out the problem fairly quickly. Unfortunately, Sears is not the company that they used to be. I haven't had that expensive dryer for that many years and take really good care of it. For the parts and repair to cost more than buying a new one, I am very disappointed. Plus, the parts have to be ordered. And I have been without a dryer for 3 weeks already.

Very helpful. Also, told us that our fridge was still under warranty, and to call LG. He could have hosed us… but really had great amount of integrity to tell us about the warranty. Five giant stars.

Technician was on time and professional. Found out the problem quickly and let me know what options I had. Was very happy that Sears still had repair services, since all Sears stores closed on the West Coast. Highly recommend.
