I can’t find his name now, I think it was rikesh? I’m sure I messed that up. He was a superstar! He was in and out in like 10 minutes and fixed my fridge! Thoroughly impressed!!!! And we both agreed that they don’t make them like they used to! lol 25 years old no issues. I have one in my garage that has to be 25 years old lol NO ISSUES! anyway he was awesome.

First, the ease of contacting your service was amazing. The short wait to have a repair person in my kitchen, again so fast! David communicated the day of so he would have the part he needed to accomplish the service. So impressed with his knowledge and swift completion of the repair was 5 start! Dave was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, on time, very polite, respectful and very kind! He knew exactly what was wrong and had all tools to fix it and now it works perfectly. And it was a minimal service cost - he saved me $2000! It was very refreshing to see such a professional, kind honest person I’ve tried all kinds of sites for past repairs and this was by far the most efficient, smartest professional one.
