Jordan is very proficient at his job. He arrived at the scheduled time. He explained clearly what the issue was and gave us options to repair or replace. He gave a specific Whirlpool refrigerator model to purchase that uses freon and has been mostly maintenance free. We purchased that refrigerator and it USES PROPANE NOT freon! Disappointed.
