Jordan is very proficient at his job. He arrived at the scheduled time. He explained clearly what the issue was and gave us options to repair or replace. He gave a specific Whirlpool refrigerator model to purchase that uses freon and has been mostly maintenance free. We purchased that refrigerator and it USES PROPANE NOT freon! Disappointed.

Like before Neel was very pleasant. He came to replacing the stabilizer in my washer. Got the job done & on his way. He's been the technician for the 3 visits in the last couple of wks.
