HORRIBLE! All AI generated scheduling with no option to actually talk to a real person. Repair window was originally supposed to be between 8 am and noon. Then was narrowed down to 10 - noon. No tech showed or no call until 1 pm on the day-of(automated call), saying the technician was running AHEAD of schedule and we were now on schedule between 4-6 PM. (I’m serious, it actually said the tech was ahead of schedule….one full hour AFTER the original window of time had passed.). At last check, depending on if looking at website or calling-in, the tech was scheduled for either 4:21 or 4:46. At 6:27 PM I finally got a call from the tech saying he was still at the service call before ours, and ‘probably’ wouldn’t make it to our house. Told him it was okay as I’d by then had canceled and called another company that would be out in the morning. So not only didn’t have a tech show up, we ended up missing our grandson’s band concert because we had no way knowing what was actually going on. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRY TO USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

Trying to schedule service on their site is horrible and good luck ever talking to a human on the phone that understands. I had them come out to fix my leaking washer and the display board and the pop out soap drawer on my washer. The first appointment came and went the technician was a no show and since their service window is the entire day, that was a day wasted waiting around. When I could finally get them rescheduled the technician showed up and said the machine wasn't leaking and he couldn't fix the drawer so he would put in for a replacement. What they dont tell you is that they do not replace what you have, you have to choose from the sale junk they have. It's been months and still nothing has been fixed or replaced.

Cancelled appointment 3 times. Tacoma,WA area. Cost me valuable time and opportunities. Not certain I would use again, but limited options. Technician nice, but I had to provide step stool so able to get top off washer for repair and help him move it.

I paid for a diagnosis, tech said bad pump and its cheaper to get a new dishwasher. After the tech left, I noticed the orfices on the arms were plugged. I pulled them off and cleaned them, put the arms back on and its been working fine for the past 3 months. You cant get ahold of anyone at sears and after bad mouthing them on fb, they reached out via messenger. I told them I want my money back because I didn't get the correct diagnosis. Basically I just gave sears 160.00 for nothing! Oh, and this is after they no showed me on 4 appointments!

The repair person did not take one tool out of his bag and diagnosed my problem by sight. I later found out that his visual assessment of my repair was incorrect. This was a total waste of time and money!

I am so frustrated with this company and will never use them again. You can’t easily talk to a person. Everything is automated. My dishwasher stopped working in June. I set up an appointment and the gentleman came and said I needed a new computer $600+ for the dishwasher. We ordered it and he was to come and install it for a follow up appointment. He did but the dishwasher still did not work. I was told since it was in 30 days, I would have a free follow up appointment. I scheduled him and several days later, he came and said the dishwasher was fine. It still did not work. I set up another appointment and the timeframe was from eight to noon. No one came by noon and when I had to go into the website to check any updates, it said he would be here by 3:05. At 3:30 PM. It says that the appointment was canceled. No one contacted me. I tried to set up another appointment, but it was so challenging that I decided it wasn’t worth it and hired a different repair person. They came at once and replaced items. He said the computer did not need to be replaced. It was a $15 water sensor. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated with sears and their lack of professionalism and will not be using them again, nor recommending them to anyone.
