Called to get our "Kenmore" washer repaired. First they said no one was available and to call back next day. Then, after updating all my personal information they tell me they don't have any techs in western Washington. Sorry.

They don't come to fix anything they come to charge labor cost only they charge me $153.04 but not offer any plans to fix it. They told me The parts aren’t available but they have to charge for the trip.even I find the part at Amazon.

The technician was polite and honest; I would give him 5 stars. However, beware of their policy. It not clear and bit deceptive. You are charged a diagnostic fee that is waived if you hire the company to do the repairs. However, what isn't made clear is that you have to commit to hiring them on the spot. You don't get the opportunity to think about it. Their labor fees are extremely high. For about $300 than their quote, I could buy a brand new dryer. I feel as though I wasted $150 just to have someone come out and tell me what I already knew . . . my dryer is broken. I may have had them do the repair, but I wasn't ready to make that decision on the spot. It's sad that a company does not allow you the opportunity to think about what the best choice might be, repair or buy new.

Diswasher is still not working properly and it was put back incorrectly. When it was put back it was not leveled and then the top support was ripped off the counter and hidden by a piece of cardboard to mask the damage.

The technician was 5 stars for courtesy, promptness. I was so excited to use my exercise bike with no rhumping. However less than 20 minutes into my first ride the problem returned. I just feel.this service was a complete waste of my money and time

Not good people no, they will just take your money and hit the road

The tech was cool. But this is basically a legal scam. They’ll charge a $200 minimum fee to confirm that your appliance is broken, try to force you to throw more money after that by paying more than the appliance is worth to fix it and then get you to sign up for their repair service. It wasn’t difficult for us to find the part we needed and fix it ourselves after the tech told us what the part was. But then after 6 or so months we had to buy a new stove anyway. Captialism is a scam in general, this one is particularly awful.
