Gabriel, the technician, knew immediately the reason for the unusual noises my freezer was making and explained well the source of the noise. No repair was necessary. He was prompt, friendly and courteous. I recommend him highly. Barbara

Very experienced and quick, Gabriel did a great job. Was not impressed with the call center person when I tried to schedule the appt. Did not order my parts to fix the unit.

When telling me the part tracking number you failed to tell me which carrier. I understand that the carrier can be discerned but I didn't know that at the time. Simply add it.

The technician installed the parts, costing over 500 dollars and the washer still didn't work. He didn't test it out to see if it was fixed. The issue was not resolved at all. I have reached out numerous times and get ignored. I would not recommend this company at all. They are impossible to get in contact with and completely misdiagnosed the washer.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANY REASON! They will charge you for parts and the repair and then never show up. They promise a refund that you will never get. The phone numbers for corporate are disconnected or give you an automated service that tries to sell you Medicare services and other completely unrelated stuff. SEARS REPAIR SERVICES OMAK IS A RIPOFF AND A SCAM.

Do not recommend. Two day-of-cancellations (10/10, then 10/17) after waiting for hours and automatic rescheduling to a month out (11/21). Called and requested emergency repair of refrigerator on 10/17 (spoke with someone named Princess), again on 10/20 (spoke with Emmit), again on 10/29 (spoke with Patricia). They keep telling us an emergency repair will be scheduled "soon". Have yet to hear back. Call center has long wait times and ridiculously loud background noise, so can hardly hear the person you are supposed to be talking with, not that they can do anything to assist and instead just profusely apologize, which they apparently are well practiced at doing.
