DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANY REASON! They will charge you for parts and the repair and then never show up. They promise a refund that you will never get. The phone numbers for corporate are disconnected or give you an automated service that tries to sell you Medicare services and other completely unrelated stuff. SEARS REPAIR SERVICES OMAK IS A RIPOFF AND A SCAM.

Do not recommend. Two day-of-cancellations (10/10, then 10/17) after waiting for hours and automatic rescheduling to a month out (11/21). Called and requested emergency repair of refrigerator on 10/17 (spoke with someone named Princess), again on 10/20 (spoke with Emmit), again on 10/29 (spoke with Patricia). They keep telling us an emergency repair will be scheduled "soon". Have yet to hear back. Call center has long wait times and ridiculously loud background noise, so can hardly hear the person you are supposed to be talking with, not that they can do anything to assist and instead just profusely apologize, which they apparently are well practiced at doing.

A new harness and motherboard was order due to an electrical short and burned wires and plug. The technician (Gabriel) replaced the motherboard and cut the melted damaged plug out and cut the new harness and tied the new plug into damage harness and half ass it. The technician originally stated he was installing a new harness and motherboard. I don’t feel comfortable bring it back into my home. The technician never even tested it to see if the problem was even resolved. He completely cutting corners to save time, even though he was being paid to install the new harness. Waiting for a new technician to properly repair our dryer. I have attached pictures of his crappy work the dryer currently still smells like burnt electrical wires…… UPDATE the sears never followed up with me and can’t get another technician to fix it… and watch out for Gabriel he likes to cut corners on electrical stuff…BEWARE risky stuff. Thank god Lowe’s extended warranty took care of us paid for what we paid for the dryer unit three years ago!

I had a really hard time getting the cost of the service fee before the repairs And there is no Sears service facility that I could have taken the appliance to in Omak, even though they are listed there.
