The guy showed up and said that the model number didn't match so they didn't fix the range but they charged for the service and he told me to contact bestbuy to resubmit the claim wich I did and they said the guy is lying because everything matches on their side so yes I'm very disappointed and angry about this

This has been the #1 worst service experience I've ever had in my life. I will be contacting Costco again to complain about how frustrating this service experience has been. See Sears home services response below: Upon calling the number they provided, I was subjected to the EXACT same IVR that was giving me trouble as before. There is NO option in which I can connect with a human. The installer got rescheduled because they didn't have a confirmation I had the part, which had been in my home for 2 weeks - so I had to call to try to get them to realize their part they sent was here. Then the next day when the installer was supposed to come over here, there was no communication except first thing in the morning I was sent a text they were on the way...then a few hours later I got a bill saying service completed. This was warranty work under Costco, and they never showed. Seems they couldn't find the address. So, like usual, instead of calling the phone number I have confirmed and confirmed and confirmed with their systems and people, they just drove away, even though they were just a few feet from my house. I do not get mad, but I can't believe how completely unhelpful, incompetent, and maddening, frustrating, this has been. Thanks for the number, that literally did nothing to help me. Thanks for letting me sort through the option of your IVR to provided with zero connectivity to what I want to do. Thanks. Thanks thanks thanks. I literally can't give this experience any fewer stars. If I could, I would.

I cannot even begin to explain how horrible the customer service is that we have received over the last 2 months. We started this process in March and since then have had 12 missed appointments. Every time we called customer service they promised and guaranteed that we would get calls from dispatch, calls from the tech, calls from a supervisor and never did we get a text or a call or even an email. I would NEVER recommend Sears repair to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Over 2 months to repair a dishwasher is absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service ever!!

The “customer service “ agents are out of India.. they can barely understand English and the background noise of all the other representatives makes phone calls impossible. I TOTALLY understand why Sears is going out of business. I called Judd and black, and a wonderful human named Ryan answered the call in one ring and got my part ordered. Don’t waste your time with Sears.

I am really upset today i was waiting for7 hrs from 11:00am to 6:00pm two times update arrival time change and last 2 minutes technician call and cancel my appointment and lost my daily income because waiting for my appointment

I have used Sears many times. This time I was sent a tech Blake. 1st visit, he was rude. Then I told I had to order my own part, so I did. Same day I scheduled my appointment to fix my washer. Blake cancelled right before he was to arrive at my house. " He got sick". I was his last appointment. Then it was rescheduled. He did not show up but 10 minutes past my appointment time I received an automated text that the appointment was canceled. He never even called me. Then I rescheduled again and requested a different tech, and they reassured me I would get another tech, but no Blake came. He never apologized for the 2 times he no showed he just went in to fix my washer. He then told me he couldn't not plug it in to check it, but it was fine. Any problem to call and left. When my husband plugged it in it did not work. My husband opened the washer and realized Blake never plugged in the cables in the front of the washer, so it had no power. Blake the technician was the problem, I have never had any other issues with Sears repair in the past! One time is one thing but 4 times, that goes to show that it's the person.
