Blake was great. Very informative. What I wish you would change is the appointment window of 8am to 5pm. That's pretty crazy these days. Even the cable companies have smaller windows. Do better!

John or Mehrdad was wonderful. He addressed everything, explained everything and generally was perfect!

Donald arrived right on schedule and went right to work. He asked a lot of questions which some I could answer and some I wasn't too clear on. He calibrated my ovens and gave me a few pointers. When he finished he went on to explain some of their other services, one being cleaning and maintenancing clothes dryers to prevent fires. He gave me the estimate and with my go ahead he took care of that while he was here. I am very pleased with everything and now have ovens that maintain the correct temperature and a dryer I don't need to worry about catching fire!

Very intelligent troubleshooting that ultimately allowed me not to have to purchase additional parts. Just understand the mechanism of cooling/ fan operation/ error code understanding. Overall great experience
