Mehran was great!. He came and diagnosed our problem. Ordered the part and came back and completed the repair after the part was delivered. He was conscientious and cleaned up after himself. I don't think you could ask for anything more.

Our Sears repairman was excellent! I think his name was Arlan or Arden, I wish I remembered because he deserves a shout out. Took care of a newer microwave/hood fan and an older clothes dryer. He was very thorough, thoughtful, kind and competent. I am pleased.
