I was able to book a service appointment for the next morning, which was a relief. The technician was very familiar with our washing machine, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was surprised that the cost was not higher. The tech also shared with us some advice about how to use our washer more efficiently, and double checked all the hoses and other parts to ensure they were in good shape. Overall we were very impressed and pleased by this service call.

Very knowledgeable, efficient with time, comprehensive repair for my refrigerator. I waited far too long in getting this repair and now extremely happy at the results. Cost was online with what I would suspect, fridge works great now and very quite compare to the nosies it was making prior to repair

Don, our service tech has been wonderful every time he’s been by. This 5 star rating is for him, not the company. We setup service tickets for both our washing machine and dishwasher over a month ago. We just got the washer finished today after waiting nearly a month for parts. The parts for the dishwasher still haven’t arrived. Over 4 weeks and no end in sight…
