Mehrdad replaced the compressor on my 2016 Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. I quickly told him the symptoms, and I could tell he knew what the problem was in an instant. He ran a couple tests and confirmed the compressor was bad. He gave me 2 quotes and I decided to have him replace the compressor. Mehrdad, explained everything he would do, before, during, and after the repair. I have 36 years in the Electronic Security Industry. Most of my time was spent as a Lead Technician. I could tell that Mehrdad was much like me and found that he had 18 years experience. He even received a call from another Tech that needed help and Mehrdad knew from experience, exactly how to quickly give the Tech support his Teammate needed to complete their job. His work was clean and fast. If I ever need service on any of my appliances in the future, I hope they send Mehrdad. He is a 5 Star PLUS Technician!!!

Fast, friendly and explained everything so I could understand it. It’s a pain the part had to be mailed but he installed it quickly and we are back up and running!
