Frank was on time, and efficient. Too costly to repair old refrigerator. I think $450 to remove/replace the evaporator fan is way overpriced. Cost of the fan ($152) seemed reasonable.

Great service. I was concerned when my Kenmore front loading washing stopped working with no Sears in my area. I called a local appliance store and they gave me your number. Was relieved to know that Sears Appliance Repair is still out there.

The beginning of the adventure was concerning: five confirmed appointments and four cancellations. The tech showed up today—on time—and left twenty minutes later. Job done, area wiped off and even vacuumed the coils for me (“since I’m already down here”). A much appreciated result.
