To begin with, I really appreciated that Frank called me with an ETA. I’ve had three other Sears warranty visits for my fridge in the last 30 days and the technician never ever contacted me to let me know approx. when they would arrive. It was really helpful to know this - And I definitely appreciated having a timeline so I could go about my business during the day. Frank came in and was thorough, took his time and got the job done. He found that there was a crack in the new tubing for the refrigerant - this caused a leak, which is why my refrigerator had failed - Again. Hopefully this is the last time my refrigerator will need to be repaired! Thanks, Frank!

Mehrdad completed a check and service of my 7 year old LG top load washer. There was an issue with the bleach tray not draining and he shut the valve off since I don't use it. He also ran some test cycles to check for any other issues (there were none) and let me know to change to a bacteria killing laundry soap, as that will help keep the inside/tub clean, as well as removing bacteria that remains and ends up giving the washer and clean clothes a musty smell. He also recommended to use the tub clean cycle on a regular basis. Mehrdad was not only extremely knowledgeable, he was professional, courteous, friendly, and engaging. If I need a repair again I hope to see Mehrdad. Thank you!!

Control board was determined to be failed relative to defrost function on our 20 year old Kenmore/Whirlpool refrigerator and is no longer available. Frank took the extra effort to defrost the unit, giving us several days to find a replacement refrigerator.
