John was absolutely one of the best technicians I have ever met and worked with. He told me from the start the potential issue, how long it would take to resolve, and a fair estimate.

He told us the nitty gritty about either fixing it or getting a new one and we opted to buy a new one b/c it would cost more to fix than buying a new one; once one part goes due to overheating, others will follow, and while the parts they install are under warranty, the others are not so we'd need to pay for other new parts and another labor fee and then soon we could have bought a matching set washer/dryer for that price we're paying to fix one dryer. And he remembered fixing ice machine about 4 years ago, which still works. Great customer service. Glad I went through Sears again. Technician name: Mehrdad

He was so helpful to carefully explain what and why he was doing the work he did. He was honest and very courteous to my husband and I. He explained how to maintain and keep the dishwasher running without any further problems. I appreciate his great service. He is the best of the best, thanks you.
