Technician was great. Price of part was outrages. Repair is 90% price of new stove. New stove won't be Sears.

The appliance tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided excellent analysis of the washer and dryer. Extremely satisfied by the technical support provided. Sears scheduling system perhaps needs to be looked into. Washer and dryer should be scheduled on the same day/time rather than 2 separate days.

Don was professional, friendly and very polite. He recommended the home warranty that would save me tons of money, and I was ready to sign up, but it turns out it's not available in my area. This is a mixed review. I was booked for the 5th of January, was asked 4 separate times what my model was, I sent it. I got numerous reminders about me being there for my appointment, from 8 am to 3 pm and if I didn't reply to each "reminder", then my appointment would be canceled. THEN you guys were aNo Show. I waited all day, tried to call, called AHS and complained, but they (you guys) had already moved my appointment to the 14th of January. Don the tech that came out (which Sears said he was supposed to of been here on the 5th) checked my dishwasher out, after everything he put it through, he came to the conclusion that the "mother board" was out. He was straight up with me and did what he could, which wasn't much. So he was good at it and good at communicating with me. So, 3 stars to Sears and 5 stars to Don the tech.

Robert was professional and experienced. Took great care to explain what he was doing to repair the microwave. My biggest concern is that everything is AI generated. When scheduling a service no matter which phone number you call all you get is the stupid AI assistant. This service was originally scheduled for 9/29. Waited around all day for someone to come. At end of day got a message that service had to be rescheduled to 10/14. No apologies, no explanation of what happened. If you don’t offer a number with an actual human to talk to you are going to have a lot of pissed off people giving bad reviews.

Very friendly and professional. I was kept in the loop on the decisions made to get the machine working again. I would have given a 5-star review but the appointment was scheduled and I stayed home an entire day waiting. I ultimately changed the appointment time to the next day because there was NO COMMUNICATION about the delays. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning and the tech was late to that appt.

The tech that showed up was great. He gets a 5 star. The three star is for the overall experience. I had an appointment for a Thursday. It got rescheduled for Friday. I was told that they would call before they came. I got no call. There is no way to reach out to find out whats going on as the robo system only lets you reschedule or cancel. Called Corporate, was told that they had no one for me to speak with only allowed to send me to robo. I finally rescheduled, waited a week and got my item serviced. Update robo to include more options like a where the heck is the tech.
