David was wonderful! He was on time, friendly, and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He came fully prepared with any parts he might need and was able to fix my refrigerator on the spot. This saved me from having to schedule a second repair appointment and he was able to waive my initial service fee as it was applied to the repair. I've used Sears Appliance Repair for many years and they've always been honest, reasonably priced, and easy to book within a day or two. They're also one of the few who can service Samsung appliances in the area. I'm a happy customer!

Service was great but they did not call or text as expected before arrival. This caused a missed appointment on the originally scheduled day but a second scheduled day completed the work. Again, no call or text before the technician arrived.

Our technician Patrick did an outstanding job to finally find the right board to repair our dishwasher. However Home Service Club was not very accommodating. The dishwasher hasn't been properly fixed since September 2023.
