LG microwave repair went very well. Technician was knowledgeable and efficient and quite helpful; yes, David did a fine job! This is a process nowadays. It took 2 appointments to get a light bulb changed...! Seems ridiculous.

Patrick did a great job quickly determining the reason our refrigerator wasn't properly cooling. He was quick, professional and he did a great job explaining his diagnosisof the problems. We chose not to repair the refrigerator because of cost and the length of time until the repair could take place (10 days).
