They did a great job 👏 The part came in early so they shifted their schedule and gave us an earlier appointment. Our fridge is cold again and working great!

Tyler couldn't adjust the dryer door as it doesn't have an adjustment. He did his best. IMO It's just a cheap poorly made LG. I should have kept my 16 year old LG Tromm.

David was professional and courteous. He got right to work. David asked what was happening with the dishwasher. He inspected the dishwasher. Immediately knew what the issue was and what was needed to fix it. He explained the problem, and what needed to be addressed. He order the part and returned the next week. The dishwasher is going again. David is conscientious, thorough, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend David.

David was friendly, professional and experienced. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair our ice maker. Refrigerator/freezer was too old to repair (over 12 yrs) and they no long make the electrical part in the freezer door. Disappointed it could not be fixed and Whirlpool manufacture's just don't make them like they use too.
