Greg contacted us early today sharing that we are six on his list and his anticipated arrival time. He then called about 20 minutes prior to arrival to let us know he was on his way. He was very nice, and had our repair completed in under a half hour. Now we can prepare Thanksgiving Dinner!

Jacob was friendly and polite, but more than that- he actually found the problem! We’ve had several techs trying to figure this out. It’s been 10 months! Lost a lot of food. Techs would say it should work after trying out what they thought it was. If we would’ve had Jacob on the first visit, we would have saved so much money! We will ask for Jacob if we ever need another technician. Thank you Jacob, for doing a great job.
