Technician quickly detected the electronic panels for the LG washing machine were dead and the cost to replace was more than a new machine. Appreciated the honesty and quick online scheduling. Would recommend.

The washing machine still does not work. It fills with water, agitates and drains, but instead of going into the rinse cycle it stops and starts scrolling h2o supply. Then it shuts down. I don't think this is Patrick's fault. We have been without a washing machine for over a month while Sears tries to figure out the problem and get the correct part. Patrick is the 3rd repairman we've had out, so there is no continuity on the project. Update: Tyler came in on Tuesday and changed the pressure level. Now the washing machine is working.

Tyler was very knowledgeable and quick to make the repair. My only comment is that he originally posted a 9:30 show, then updated that show time at least 4 times to finally show after 3:00 pm. Also, when I called in this repair it took at least 4 hours for the online + phone service people to find my contract and make appointment! A one star for that end of the Repair Dept.- granted, "your computers were down" Thanks

Having to wait forb6 weeks to finally have my repair done was bad. Not being able to talk to person regarding parts and service and only AI was frustrating. The work finally being completed by repair man was good and professional.
