Pasco, WALG washer repair frustrating process
Very upset how long it took for a technician to fix my washer. I waited 2 months due to one part not delivered and returned out it now back order. The 2 parts received only use 1 part. The primary part I had from the beginning fixed my washer. Technician Joel did a great job in fixing our washer. The waiting for parts was a frustrating process.

Lew came out to see what was going on with my dryer, since no lint was being deposited on the lint filter. He thoroughly went over the dryer, and tested it as much as he could. He diagnosed the problem as being a clogged hose, and gave me a place to call where I could get it cleaned out. He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. As I said above, good service!

Patrick replaced the parts and did a test run and things worked. We ran the washer on a quick cycle without close and it worked fine. We put in a full load of clothes on the Normal cycle, and received a "No Draining" error, with the notation "Check pump filter". The filter is clean. I will request another service call.
