Dennis was very polite and helpful. He called before arriving to let me know he was on the way and also deep dove into the issue and found out the solution to why my dishwasher door wasn't latching properly.

The tech's name was Brian, not Michael. I'm leaving a review for, "Michael" only bc I can't figure out a way to leave one fir Brian, whom was the actual tech, and whom has been with you for 38 years. Brian was more than awesome. So awesome, that I tried to tip him, and he said he could not accept it. Please send Brian out again next time. Highly recommended.
