Patrick fixed my washer and maintained my dryer all in one day, he did great and was super nice about it. But I did have to wait a while week off calling and not being able to get a hold of anyone except ai on the phone which was frustrating because no one could help me, I had 3 appts that were missed and no one showed up to fix my washer. There needs to be a person to talk to because I was with out a washer for a week and a half. Thankfully Patrick showed up to maintenance the dryer I had insurance with as well and since I had an open tocjet with the washer still he fixed it as well but if he wouldn't have came I wouldn't have my washer.

1 month plus from reporting until completing because of Thursday only service and not able to be here on top of no show when part was here on October 30. The system probably told him the part was coming Oct 31. Sears sent that but UPS NEVER had October 31 as day of the part delivery. We could be home on the next 2 Thursdays so it prolonged our out of service to a month. Unacceptable. Patrick was not at fault.
