My freezer was not fixed. My freezer continues to not work.

No Show

Washer repair
I requested repair for my front load washer on 10-21. The repairman Harley arrived on 10-23 and ordered a part. The repair part arrived on 10-24 Between 10-25 and 11-18 I had five scheduled repair appointments. All were no shows. On 11-18 Harley showed up and discovered the repair part was improper. New part ordered wrong again. 11-25 rescheduled appointment and there was a no shows by the repairman. I tried calling Harley's cell phone four times. It went to voicemail mail and I never received a return call. I still have a defective washing machine. Not a good experience

3 same day cancellations
Appointment windows are scheduled for the entire day from 8am to 5pm. Technicians cancel on the same day after customers have waited all day. There is also a lack of accountability, as neither customer service nor technicians take responsibility for cancellations.

Prolonged refrigerator repair
We have been dealing with you for over a year now with the repair of our ice maker, your AI is impersonal, and doesn't interact with the technician, so he has no idea he has appointments. You have cancelled our appointment monthly to weekly for months on end till one day a technician comes out and has no idea, and has been unable to fix it because no parts have arrived. Your customer service sucks, I would not recommend your service warranty. A different technician comes out every time and they have all been very helpful, courteous, and apologetic for how long it has taken the repairs to get done. Which, as we speak now the repair is still not done!

Took a month to get fixed
After waiting to get our dishwasher looked at, we had to wait another 3 weeks because our appointment kept getting changed. No showed one day then rescheduled us for another week and a half later. No contact number to reach out to and never was able to get ahold of them on the phone. Will never use the company again. However, the gentleman who came was very kind.

No personal service!
Very frustrated that there was no available communication via phone — Only AI ( which was unable to answer my questions ) . I was without an oven for two months!!! Emailing us constantly but no resolve until I contacted Panther RV where we purchased oven. The above rating does not apply to the tech Harley

Scheduling
Michael is always the best, however, getting someone to my home for a repair is the worst experience I have. More than once Sears has set up an appointment day with multiple emails advising me of the repair day including on the scheduled day and no one has come. If I wasn't able to contact Michael personally the same thing would have happened again. Your schedulers are the worst. As a result I may just cancel my warrant plan for 2025. It is not acceptable to wait all day and have no one come when you emails keep telling my that someone is on the way...

Freezer repair
I was told it is not repairable because the part isn't available. It's not even 2 1/2 years old. I ask for the diagnostic fee to be waived because it is not my fault it can't be repaired. I will never use them again
