We were happy with the work done. The oven works. But after the service man left, we realize that there was no sound at all (BEEP), for example after you enter cook time and cook power, timer and when the cooking is done from both the microwave and the oven. I called the service man twice and left a message, so far he hasn't got back to us. *We need the service department to get ahold of us to fix the problem that has occurred. Then we can say the job was completed to our satisfaction! Thank You for your help in this manner

Technician verses Seats Services

Alberto was polite and professional over the phone (onFaceTime). I was notified by Seats the service provider would contact me and try to make a diagnostic evaluation over the phone based on my description of the problem with the ice maker. Since it was the same problem we had with the ice maker two years ago, it was simple to determine what parts needed to be ordered. Once the parts were shipped to the house, the service provider contacted me again. Since the replacement part is a simple install, he said go ahead and complete the installation. Now that is the new working "remotely." I wish they had that service for my dishwasher. It has been a month no one is available to come look at it or make an over the phone diagnose. Even though online it stated when water isn't going into the dishwasher most likely a bad inlet valve. At least that would be an attempt to service instead of doing nothing but telling me to find someone to repair. I can submit an invoice for repair services but they will only pay what they believe to be reasonable. Who pays the difference if there is one? You got it me! What good is this plan if I have to do all the work and possibly have to pay!? Don't get a service plan through Sears.

We hope Patrick is ok as I think he might have been sick and had to leave quickly without talking to us, without having us sign anything (I got a receipt saying we signed but didn't) and didn't do a test run of the pump yo make sure it works. Can we have him come back to make sure the job was finished? Don't want any water problems again from the washer

No test not very happy to hv taken this job that wasn't his

Came in kinda grumpy, mentioned he doesn't like taking work or following up on other guys work. The last guy was super nice and knowledgeable kept explaining what he was doing and why he ordered the parts he did. Last guy also mentioned he would install a new flap for our dishwasher we had prev ordered. This guy finished up his job today didn't test the dishwasher was obviously irritated about working Saturday and left. Tried to run the dishwasher after and now says door is not closed. He just replaced a door latch and our main issue was the dishwasher was leaking. The fact that he didn't test and then when he replaced the door guard said he did it for no reason. Only for me to double check it as I wasn't sure he had tested it before he left and realizing it won't run due to the door not closing! We called him back but no answer. Now we have to go back through and place another repair request and wait on a day they have available then one of us will have to be available 8a-3p….he mentioned wasting time on a door guard replacement but now he is not only wasting our time but another repairman's time for something that should've been done today.

No Experience With GE Profile Washer/Dryer Combo

Two men showed up in A&E Service trucks and they told me that they had no experience with GE Profile Washer/Dryer Combo's. They were very nice but had to watch video's on their phone to figure out how to work on the machine. It was supposed to be $119 for the service then they said after looking at it that it would be $299 so I told them to stop. They put the top of the machine back together and I paid the $119 and they left. The thing that bothered me was before they came out when I set up the appointment they were advised what machine it was then the company sent out two guys with no experience with the machine so it was a waste of $119.
