He was unable to do our repair d/t an error on the part of the warranty company. After a great deal of time on the phone with the company, we are on track to have our service next Monday, 8/7. Michael was very friendly and fun to be around. He knew immediately what needed to be done and we look forward to completion of our repair next week

Patrick couldn't fix our dishwasher due to not being able to access the proprietary software accessible only to GE personnel. Was prompt, polite and explained what I needed to tell GE when I called so they would understand third party repairmen could not help me.
