After 4 long months trying to get our ice maker fixed, Alberto got the correct parts and we now have a working ice maker. They delay is related to getting a service rep. After parts are ordered we were required to wait for the parts to arrive and then we could call for an install appointment, which is always 3-4 weeks away after already waiting a week for the parts. Alberto was great after two try's at fixing our issue. We realize it was more out Samsung freezer than his ability to fix the problem. After 3 attempts we now have a working ice maker.
