The Best Technician

Mathew has to be one of the best technicians that I've ever experienced. He is driven over 75 miles to be able to work on my dishwasher for which I am grateful for. He came in my ride to work and probably was out of my house within 30 minutes. Keep up the good work.

Mathew called when he was about 20 min out which was great. He quickly identified the problem, fixed our dishwasher, tested it, and put everything back the way it was. It was great to have him helpbus out with our repair.

My experience with Sears Customerservice was terrible——it took many months, and finally a complaint to the Attorney General. But once Greg (from Deer Park ) got involved, things got done. The washer now works. (It would have been so much easier if Customerservice had just contacted him in the first place, rather than sending calls to people in Asia, the Philippines, India and Mexico and being told there were no techs in the area. I'm so glad. that is finally over. My compliments to Greg.
