Matt did great. The roller keeps falling off. Matt bent the cheap plastic clips and crossing our fingers it works. Matt was here for less then 15 minutes. Costly to have to take the ENTIRE day off work as appt was 8-5. This is 2nd time I've had to take days off work. Will not buy another.

Great experience with Dennis! He was the perfect craftsman, and has somewhat restored my faith in Sears services. He phoned as expected, was on time and did meticulous work! Had decided to cancel my Sears contract because of very BAD experience last week, when I was notified at 8:21pm that the service was to be rescheduled. I had waited all day, going nowhere, delaying dinner, etc. There was no way to speak with a person and the web page still said the technician, would arrive at 8:32pm. The previous technician said the system was down, so he had no way to contact me earlier. The status page I was following showed my address and phone number all day, but kept updating the service time. It also said that I must give 24 hour notice to reschedule.

The technician communicated before the appointment, and came early with permission! That never happens, but it was great! He diagnosed the problem in a minute or two of being in the house, and gave me an estimate.
