He was very nice and professional. I was sad that he couldn't fix or order parts for my oven though, said they don't make the parts for it anymore.

Patrick was great tech. The automated phone tree systems need to go. Endless loops that do not get you to a live person or answer ever. Absolutely horrible custom we service. The tech was very helpful and overwhelmed on the last service call. Showed up at 715pm due to too many people scheduled that day.
