Sadly we had to replace our refrigerator. However, Rick was early and stayed in touch with us as we were not on the site where the refrigerator was. He was honest about the problems and promptly sent the diagnosis as well as the paid receipt.

Our washing machine overflowed, flooding our bottom floor. Upon arrival, Patrick was confronted by a machine sitting in the middle of a chaotic mess because we were in the middle of the water mitigation having torn out carpet and linoleum, and there were noisy dryer fans blowing everywhere. Despite detritus everywhere causing cramped workspace, and a noise level that required near shouting, Patrick remained calm, focused and professional and quickly located the fault. He was a pleasure to work with.

I very happy with the Technician. It would have been nice if the company would have kept me informed as to approximately when the Tech was going to be here. The Tech said I should have been getting notifications but I wasn't! This was not the Techs fault he did a very good job, was fast and efficient and was very apologetic for a lack of notifications!!
