In comparison to the lazy POS from Monday 10/16, Dennis was 180 degrees opposite. Fantastic communication, polite, customer respectful. This guy was the example of how a company customer representative should conduct themselves. He was appreciative to my work hours and took care of me after 5pm. The Monday lazy POS told me I had to be at my house when he arrived. In any case, Dennis arrived and resolved my problem.
