Michael was great! There were duplicate appointments and no warranty information listed on the appointment ticket. He called many numbers without reaching anyone to assist him. He then called the customer service line and waited patiently during the long wait time. He worked with the CS representative to complete a new work ticket that had all of the correct information. He also explained what the issue was to me and gave suggestions on what to do if it should occur again. He was very personable and even put up with our very curious kitten.
