Dennis is an service person. He has been fixing our appliances for years. He is a great repair man with a wonderful friendly disposition; it is an inconvenience when our appliances break, but always a pleasure to see Dennis!

Technician was Excellent and is Extremely knowledgeable. Very courteous and Professional. Happy with his service. Alberto is an asset to this company. I want to express my frustration though that it took 4 months to get a tech to my home and that I was ignored by Sears/Cinch and never called to discuss why I kept being cancelled on numerous times. It is further frustrating that customers cannot speak to a person via telephone. This not the techs fault, but I want it known, since Sears is asking for my feedback to enhance its service.

Patrick did a wonderful job of explaining the problem to us, and also of explaining exactly how he was going to fix it. After examining the failed parts he also took the time to explain how and why they failed. He also explained how we can take better care of the dishwasher in the future. We would highly recommend Patrick; we really appreciate the work he did and the way he did it.
