Matt was very thorough and explained washer issues. I am very pleased with his courtesy and repair resolution. His experience and his high level of customer service reflects well on A&E. I have used them over many years for appliance repairs and have yet to be disappointed. Grade A company. Highly recommend..

Joel was friendly with great communication both before and during the appointment, he quickly diagnosed the issue with my appliance and kept me informed while he talked with Assurant to see which route they would decide on. Ultimately, Assurant decided to replace instead of repair, but I was still happy with the service Joel provided.
