Ice maker repair

Patrick did a good job, but your confirmation process is terrible. I tried several times to confirm the appointment. Was unable to do that. All my messages said unable to send. Don't like the virtual assistant.

Dustin shut off the water, pulled the water tubes out of old ice maker filter, and put the tubes back in the new water filter for the ice maker, and turned the water back on. My son was able to let Dustin into my house because I was at work. My son said that Dustin did a wonderful job of changing the filter for me! I appreciate Dustin!

Mathew took time to let us know what was not working properly with our washing machine. He readily diagnosed our issue and was able to adjust our water pressure, which was the culprit in the high pitched sound we heard during the wash cycle.

Mathew came in the afternoon after calling and confirming an appointment that had been rescheduled. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. I needed an explanation of the problem with my dryer to submit to my home warranty company and he took time to show me the parts that had burned out on my circuit board for the dryer. I appreciated his care with my machine and his attention to detail. A great service professional to work with.

The technician fixed successfully my refrigerator!, very professional and capable, but about the company l can't say the same, they rescheduled the service like 5 times! Took like three months of waiting for they send someone to fixe my refrigerator. LG bad bad service!!
